Paco Pad Specification Chart

Please keep in mind that the firm foam is like sleeping on a firm mattress. The idea is that if you do not sink into it, then rocks will not poke up through it. Even the firm foam Paco Pads allow enough circulation so that body parts do not "fall asleep". The softer foam pads are made of the same high-density foam that withstands repeated rolling without breaking down. Because they are thicker, they can be softer for those who like a softer mattress. A Paco Pad could be the best friend your back has ever had. If you think a good night's sleep is important, then you need a Paco Pad.
