The frame is held in place with straps that wrap around the tubes. What keeps the tubes from rotating?
There is a 2 grommet strips that lies outboard of center line on the tubes. Place the strap for the foot bar through one of those grommets, and then snug the grommet strip up tight to the cam buckle fefore final inflation. This will keep the tubes from rotating.
